Looking to try and set up a tripod for some bolt guns. Read a bunch on here about the Innorel RT90C. Couple guys have mentioned using the Innorel n52 ball head with it. Looking on Amazon, do I need the tripod and the bowl adapter?

My rifles don't have ARCA rails, so I'm leaning toward a clamp type mount.

So, to complete that type setup. I just need a clamp eh? Anyone got recommendations on one? Or if I'm missing some piece from the overall package. It's a little confusing with the different pieces and the different ##mm measurement patterns.

Also open to complete build suggestions. Just not a wild RRS setup, I'm not there yet

Surely this is some kind of a joke. I'd be surprised if Glen would even buy a box made in China? Anybody have an explanation?

Is anyone else using the Hornady Base Anvil Kit for the non-moving arm/jaw on their calipers? I read that some people were having issues with the anvil not fitting square on the calipers, but I thought that might be due to the Amazon knock-off products out there. I ordered one (on Amazon) that is supposed to be made by Hornady and it came in original Hornady packaging.

The issue is...it does not fit square. No matter what I do, I can't get it square. I even tried to install a small set screw into the opposite side of the anvil, to try and even out the anvil when lightly tightening the hand screw...but no luck. The purpose of this device was to SAVE time with measurements, by having a larger flat surface for the back of the case. I'm messing around with this thing even longer than I work to ensure the back of the case is flat on the jaws of the caliper.

Anyone else have this issue? Is this a quality issue, or am I doing something wrong. Hornady doesn't offer any instructions with the device, so I can't imagine there's a lot to getting it right.

Without the anvil, the comparator is square and flush with the jaws of the calipers.

The tube came from a cnvd-lr that I had retubed . I don’t have any specs on it other than its L3 filmed green tube. There are 3 small blems in zones 2 and 3 that are just visible in the pic. Had a few hundred rounds as a clip on and hasn’t been used since being out into a pvs-14 housing.

FS Savage SA MDT LSS-XL Chassis&Buttstock

Up for sale is an MDT LSS-XL aluminum chassis with Mag-Pul PRS Gen2 buttstock and
Mag-Pul MOE pistol grip. The chassis is used and does show it but it is in good condition with a few scratches but nothing major. It fits Savage short actions.

Hi Guys, I'm new to the forum and new to long range shooting. I'm trying to decide on a rifle currently. I'm in Canada so my options are pretty limited. I'm looking at the Bergara Premier Competition in 6 Creed or 6 GT. Does anyone have any experience with these rifles? And any input on the 6 CM vs 6 GT? My birthday is next week, this will be my gift!
