Floating dot sights

So here is my deal, my eyes kind of suck being in my 60s never used the floating dot optic before, what I mean is Tremor 3. I have 2 and another Christmas tree reticle scope. I have a really hard time picking the center dot up on targets, and at full power I dont like all the movement I see. With my scopes with stadia lines that connect I seem to shoot much more consistent. Any one else have issues with the floating center dot

ARC CDG Swept Bolt Handle

Ive had my CDG since pretty much day one. I really like the straight handle. However, it seems that a swept handle would be a little bit more ergonomic. I took the liberty to reverse engineer the OE and design a swept/bent version. I'm looking into having these 3D printed out of 17-4 Stainless. Here is a quick rendering of the part.

Going to try to gauge interest off of this post to see if its worth it to make.

Thank you for your time.
May God Bless you.

Wyoming roadtrip

This June we are taking a family roadtrip from Georgia to Wyoming. We are stopping along the way of course to stay in different states and enjoy different places.

I have in my mind what to take for emergencies etc. My wife also has a packing list started so the family can add ideas.

What would you pack? If you have done such a trip before please share your wisdom.

Also, while in Yellowstone my daughter wants to do some hiking. Any awareness tips for general safety? Also, hiking shoe recommendations? Or will basic athletic shoes do the trick?

This trip is for my daughter's high school graduation and I want my family to have a wonderful time, but my job is safety first.
Thanks

Optics SOLD Us Optics SOLD B25 w/ H59 reticle FINAL PRICE DROP

Lightly used US Optics B25 5-25x52 rifle scope, locking mil turrets with a Horus 59 (H59) reticle for sale.

Exceptional image quality and the glass is absolutely clean. I baby all my glass and am meticulous with cleaning the lens carefully. Was on my primary precision match rifle for a while but after switching it to an AR platform, I but wanted something a little smaller.

Condition is very good for a working scope. May have a few little knicks from bumping around in the safe but never been dropped or handled roughly.

MSRP on this scope was originally $3659.00. Original owner and I paid $2200 direct from USO with LE discount. Willing to sell for FINAL PRICE BUMP***SOLD***, in original box with MKM magnification ring. Willing to ship in original box on your dime.

PM with questions.
