1) As several have suggested, I am trying fine media after sizing brass. I went with “fine” 24 grit from Harbor freight and it still gets stuck in my 6x47 L brass flash hole. Not many - maybe 15 out of 300, so not a real big deal, but I still have to check every one of them. Is there a better choice of media or is the Lapua flash hole just so small or is Harbor freight stuff poor quality?
2) My Lyman 1200 tumbler lid doesn’t seal well anymore (It is pretty old) so even with dryer sheets I am getting dust on the floor. Does the Berry QD-500 seal very well?
3) for those using fine grit, I assume you still wipe it off the exterior before proceeding to load?

I’m posting in semi for more traffic. I have an APO 700 boltgun and APO skipped the country so they are out unless I stumble across a used one. My 700 currently has the CTR and it folds. Just wondering if the B5 is the way to go for replacement or if Magpul Lite would be good. Maybe something else I haven’t seen yet on the market?

Noveske 16” 308 Barrel with a 1/10 twist and Muzzle brake is a FCD keymo brake, Noveske Gas Block and gas tube that was matched and fit at Noveske. Noveske also matched and headspaced the barrel with the Noveske Dual ejector bolt carrier group when assembled at Noveske. Also included is the Noveske ambi charging handle. Hey guys , I moved a few years ago (to the humid south) and finally am getting around to building a new reloading/ work bench.

I have gotten a butcher block to be the top of my bench, but I'm not sure what I should finish or seal it with ? The block is unfinished so I will sand it and want to seal it with something that will withstand the humid climate.

Any ideas on what works best ?

I am selling a daniel defense dd5 v3 ar10 upper chambered in 308 with bcg and charging handle . It's got the 16 inch barrel and adjustable gas block. I have fired approximately 50 rounds through this upper suppressed with a dead air nomad 30 cal can and it has functioned flawless. I have gotten sub moa groups using sierra match grade ammo. I will include the dead air xeno muzzle break.
