LMT should follow KAC’s lead and focus on filling existing orders and quality control instead of introducing a niche product that no one was asking for.

You are not wrong, but KAC's whole civilian catalog is maybe 8 P/N's in a good year. But yes while neat, I think that they really should catch up and build up a decent stock of higher demand items before diving into the pcc market.
Personal, I need a EBCG, extended MWS upper, and spare 6.5cm barrel.
FWIW, someone with a lot of contract money did ask for it. Reps at the show didn't even confirm it'll be made for the civilian market outside of special runs/contract overruns.
I just can't see the value in a $3k 9mm anything...
If it shoots 9mm (or .45 or .40, etc) it's overpriced as soon as it hits 4 digits.
Doesn't stop me from strategizing how to "afford" some B&Ts, though.....
I like 9mm in pistols and have fun plinking with it in my scorpion carbine, but I am not sure any scenario exist where I would grab a really good PCC over a decent 556/300BO set up for closer range stuff. I would like to upgrade into a better PCC one day, but for now the scorpion is fun.
I would absolutly grab a really good PCC over a decent 556/300BO for anything/everything close range, whether on a range or real life work/HD. An AR's concussion/blast in most scenarios is a huge hinderance.
I actually think it's about time someone tries a PCC with a piston besides Sig. The MPX is so stupid soft and nerf-gun-like, until it gets dirty and chokes... I'd trade a little less nice-nice for a lot more reliable for sure.
