He was very much ahead of his time and a lot of "good" folks and "conservatives" were very upset at him for not worshiping the police, LE and the military as some kind of automatic Heroes that you should bow down and worship.
I remember listening to him on the radio, discussing the matter, quite civilly with one of the leaders of a police union and clearly laying out that #1 no knock warrants need to be done away with because that's the number 1 reason people are going to get killed, and #2 don't act like SS thugs and you won't get treated like them.
He also disagreed strongly with the whole idea of "prohibiting offenses" that the politicians made up to deprive people of their rights long after any issues of something they did wrong were cleared up.
Nowdays his views are pretty much mainstream for all except the most fervent bootlickers.
You might say he was the Army Jerry of his time...

Naw, but I’ve got lots of people around Bleckley and Dodge Counties, and I spend quite a bit of my time in Cochran. I just found it funny to see a ‘hider complaining/bragging about being out of the loop down there. I was taught to shoot by some grumpy old men with lots of experience in Chester.

. I know Soperton, but not that well… I did learn to fly in Eastman. I didn’t know anything about Theis until this past week when I stumbled across a podcast that was telling the story.
It’s real nice(Soperton). I’d be living down there right now if job opportunities were more numerous. Folks were protesting Friday in front the White House for the US to do something to stop this. Those folks need to take their Ukrainian flags they were wearing, jump on a plane and fly their asses over-there and do something. Take Joe, Kamel Toe and the rest of the commies here in the US.

While more ammo is not wrong.…so many preppers seem to be focusing on the cool shite and don’t even have a garden or very much stored calories. A starving MFr won’t be able to defend a thing. A single family without plenty of bodies won’t stand a chance.
I write for a certain online publication sometimes and in the comments are people who are supposedly awake but who most definitely do not have even an elementary grasp of what is coming. The “why are we waiting, I’m not getting any younger” shtick is the prevailing sentiment. My questions are always:
- Fight who? Military? Police? What will that accomplish? Those who are responsible surely won’t be there but will be in their gated communities and halls of power.
- Fight with who? There is close to zero organization. Almost zero can name 10 men who would be by their side in under 24 hours for anything serious.
Patriots are not going to muster and meet the bad men on the green of battle, that is a fantasy. Patriots are going to try and survive in small pockets of friends and family with eating becoming the most important aspect of life.
Your most likely use of a weapon won’t be against jack booted thugs or the forces of the NWO. It will be against hungry people who didn’t prepare at all. Men with starving kids and crying wives who are desperate enough to try to take what you have. This coming time won’t hold much glory or honor. It will resemble what Selco talked about of his time in the eastern bloc during the Bosnian conflict. Horror, absolute horror.
