Tooling marks on lands brand new barrel

First time I see this in a shouldered prefit. Should I just shoot it and break it in ? Most marks are close to the chamber in the lands (3 or 4 inches in). What could have caused this ?

Tooling marks you say? I mean they did some tooling in there did they not? They did some tooling in there using some tools right? I would assume this should be normal.

Go shoot the fuck out of it!
 
I bought one too, but after looking at threads like this, I’ve been reluctant to use it for fear of what I might see. My thought is I should take a look at my 1898 30-40 Krag that is accurate enough with the original open sights and cheap 150 grain bullet reloads to regularly knock over bowling pins at 400 yards. I’m sure that bore is not very pretty after 124 years of use. It would probably help me put everything else in perspective after that.
 
The owner says ,low round count and always kept clean . I say, let me take a look in there before I make an offer . Borescopes are a wonderful tool , fact .
