Help identifying neck thickness gauge?

Hi,

Ended up with this in a lot of reloading tools I purchased, I thought it might be Sinclair but looking at both of them it definitely is not. I was then thinking RCBS because the .224 pilot on it seems to be the same pilot as used on the RCBS flash hole deburr tool, but I can't find any information about RCBS having made this specific type of tool.

Possibly homemade?

I thought it might be Sinclair but looking at both of them it definitely is not.

Sinclair has sold a variety of versions of that tool over the years, so it's possible that it's just an older version.

Oh well it looks near identical to the one on the left and if that is a Sinclair then I would suppose mine is too.
