In WEZ just messing around with variables. Anyone got an idea on the error that keeps popping up? Sometimes it will, other times it won’t if I hit calculate again.

Is a python permission error and looks like you are on Win 11. Try launching the app as Admin. Failing that try setting the app to run in compatibility mode for Windows 10 or older.

Not sure of the version. I’m assuming most current because AB / Kestrel stuff is all about those pop ups for updates. I’ll look into that as a possibility though.
It doesn’t self update and doesn’t alert when a new version is available. And yeah it may not even be windows 11 compatible. Honestly they do a shit job on that app for how much they charge.

Shit. I didn’t even know my tablet updated (it runs windows desktop, and had 10). Have been able to use the profile loader and WEZ just getting those errors. I agree… it sucks to have dumped $200 in the app and not a ton of support. I don’t even know how to update it if possible. I’ll have to play around with it to figure that out now.

It looks like a path error on the abm_win.exe screenshot. Re-looking at your older screenshots, what may be going on is conflict with OneDrive, which Win 11 has forced your desktop into (and likely most of your user profile).

I do not have the Analytics suite but if it is a portable installer that just extracts the files where ever the installer is you can just move it somewhere else. Their profile loader software is like this. Try making a folder for it in the root of your C drive and move the folder there or run the installer from there.

Spoke with Doc on the phone. He’s not recognizing the error code and said more likely than not its my anti-virus‘s fault (i.e. it deleted something). So I don’t even know what I’ve got for anti-virus. He said to reinstall with the original zip file. I don’t want to mess up and loose the profiles from profile loader and it sounds like I’m using a dated version from @TacticalDillhole

Talked with Doc again. . .

Currently there is no way to “update” the program. The one you bought is the one you got. They’re “working on it”

Still recommended fresh install of old program.

No remedy unless it is the anti virus and I can locate it and label an exception.

Thinking I’m going to migrate back to the kestrel app for managing profiles with a hard copy on paper. The tablet is a pain in the ass when everything else is apple based for me (i.e. phone, iPad and Mac)
