My father (80) has dementia and let a 25-year-old gold digger move in with him. What should I do?
"He wants me to stay away now and I'm very hurt and concerned. PLEASE HELP! what can I do-Dad (80) let very young gold digger move in with him after 10 dates. Slight Alcohol related dimentia. Moved down to FL to be near dad (now 80) that needed help (alcoholic) cleaned his house, got him straightened out-took. 6 yrs. 2 visits a day. He just took on a girlfriend that looks 25 (a massuse) move in with him after about 10 dates. He is keeping me away from him and does not want me to spend any time with either of them. He has no use for me NOW. I met her when I was allowed to say "hello" at his door and she was not all made up and ready to spend time with me. I am not apparently welcome anymore and and very hurt and concerned. -- p.s. he is very stubborn by the way. . What should I do? ---he is talking about setting up a massage parlor for her and buying 1/2 her stake in some mobile home. Marriage is in the works and I am devastated after 3 failed marriages for him and 3 badly failed live ins."

The one in Watford City was the largest grossing for quite a few years. Back then, it was also one of the smallest. They would not even take stuff out of boxes. Sometimes they wouldn't even open the box. If you wanted a Snickers, you had to open the box. If there were more than 10 people inside, it was very crowded. Of course, they built a huge new facility. Watford City did a good job of controlling the sprawl.

Too bad you have no sense of humor nor intelligence, I was beginning to think that you’d start to fit in.
It is easy to understand how some folks could easily mistake this for an angel of death and destruction.

EDIT: Nope. I stand corrected. I have believed this for many years, and don't have any idea how I got the idea. I KNEW S Bono died skiing into a tree, and even thought at times how odd it was that John Denver died the same way. Now I know it was all in head. Thank you all for clearing that up.

It was a custom 2 seater plane he bought from the guy who built it ... Rutan or something like that.
The guy who built it always flew from the back seat and that's where he put the fuel selector.
Denver was flying it from the front seat ... no selector mounted there.
I assume that rather crucial bit of info was communicated to Mr. Denver. I hope.
But we’ll all know those people whose eyes glaze over when you are trying to explain something awfully important.
If that was my plane, I’d make a giant note on the controls that said, “Sputtering? Fuel Selector in Back!!!”
Edit: actually, who am I kidding, I’d tell the designer to put the selector up front, or at least to put a redundant one up there.

Correct. Denver crashed in Monterey Bay, in the kelp beds about 75 yards off of Lover's Point (Pacific Grove). Right in the middle of one of my favorite spots for catching rock fish.
A local fly-fishing shop made up a commemorative lure to mark the event. It had a propeller instead of a head. (Denver's head was never found.)

A friend and I almost entered one year, quite a while ago. Sounds like great fun and about 3 days if no sleep, just for the actual race. Assuming that your car makes it past the first few hours anyway.
