So I looked this up.... and there is a great hue and cry that "No, it's not being banned. It's a fake rumor. WD40 and Brakekleen and starting fluid are not being banned."
Then you read o and it says... the companies are 'reformulating the products' to comply with the new regulations. So they are removing key ingredients. That are banned. And the products will NOT be the same. Just ask anyone who has tried to buy paint stripper lately.
So in essence, the 'fact checkers' and the "Fake News" propaganda machine is lying its ass off to you. Telling you "No, it's not banned. Be quiet. Everything is fine here. Move along."
Bullshit. The products simply won't work like they used to.
I buy WD40 by the case. In the last 10 years... the stupid valves don't work half the time. So you waste half a can. The propellent fails and you waste half a can. The inner tubes are too short so you get to 1/4 can and nothing comes out any more. IT's all crap, but for the hobbyist who buys a can every 3 years... noone notices. For a working shop, the shit is stupid expensive and you throw out a ton AND it doesn't work like it did 10 years ago.
So don't listen to the little bitches saying "We didn't ban it... and we aren't banned." It is indeed, in its original formula, banned. What you get in a can marked WD-40 or Formbys Stripper or any one of a dozen other products is not... not what it used to be. And so they are ripping you off and lying to you.
Just FYI.... Fact checkers are nothing more than BS Propagandists telling you to believe the propaganda.

As to the cans, I cut a small slit in the side, manual hack saw. Let the pressure out as slow as I can, then transfer the stuff inside to a manual spray bottle.
You need to go slow and at the first sssst you need to stop and let it do its thing.

Speaking from someone that conservatively placed over a mile's worth of concertina wire, don't forget about the silent 3rd group that actually has to put the razor wire in position (triple strand being the standard). That stuff will eat through leather gloves like no other.
