I opened up a Hornady Frontier 5.56 NATO 75g and see round silver beads… any idea?

It's a smokeless powder. Likely a large batch custom blend made just for them to meet their burn rate specs.

It's not going to be a canister powder you can buy off the shelf.

Unless there's something else you're trying to point out that I'm not seeing/understanding?

Looks a lot like Accurate MagPro, but that sure doesn't mean it's anything like the same powder.

Looks like about any other ball type powder and there's no way to ID this stuff visually.
