Pre lapped rings

just my opinion, there are a large number of quality machined rings that do not require lapping. They are made as a set and are superbly straight. Lapping rings has pretty much become obsolete.

Buy decent rings --> no lapping needed.

In the eight years I've chased this precision rifle silliness, all I've ever used is Vortex PMR rings (sold as matched pair, made by Seekins) on eight different bolt rifles and over a dozen scopes. O wait, I did get a set of MDT Premier rings on one of the Black Friday sales; they're fine too.

Been researching scope lapping and found a product by discoveryopt. Pre lapped rings already lapped and aligned has anyone had experience with these or is this another buyer beware
It's 2024... High-quality precision machined parts to extremely tight clearances and tolerances pretty much eliminates the need to lapp rings.

Buy a good 1-piece pic rail, and some ARC M-Brace or Seekins Precision rings, and call it a day. No lapping needed.
