Metal engraving

Anyone have recommendations on who to use to engrave a part. I need my EFR engraved and want someone to do a good job. I know most people say use someone locally but I want someone somebody has experience with and did a great job.

Just for my own curiosity what is referred to with "EFR" and why would it be engraved? I may be offering options that are entirely in the wrong direction.

Find a machine shop with a cnc mill. That’s like 10 minutes for setup, programming, and engraving.

Looks like easy work for a fiber laser. Although will have to be dyed or annodized again after.

That's incredibly beautiful hand engraving. He's a true master. I've had work done by Ken Hurst...also a master engraver but he's sadly passed. This is some work he did for me on a Win SX-1. All by hand...hammer and chisel....no auto-graver for Ken.

I miss him...he was a very nice guy who engraved beautifully but had zero idea how to take care of himself or run a business.

Finished gun, well without the grip cap installed yet....and hijack is now over....lol

Would be just a matter of finding the right font. This is as close as I have on my default lightburn but this took 5 minutes and a deep engraving like pictured above would be a very quick job for any trophy or laser engraving shop.

No way, just make more. They did it with the dollar and look how well that is going

Does anyone recognize what font is on those original engravings? I've looked through hundreds of fonts at dafont and not finding it.
