Vudoo mag followers

I’m new to the vudoo platform. I’ve seen mag follower kits and wondered how useful they are? Do they really improve reliability? They also state to increase mag capacity from 10 to 12 rounds. Wondered how accurate that is too?

Any first hand experience would be appreciated

I run these followers from DOPE Precision. They do make a difference in feeding. They don’t add to mag capacity. I use MKM mag extensions for more capacity. L3I also makes the Stinger mags. They work great once they have been tweaked to fit. They are 15 round capacity. They are heavy.

The followers from MKM and anarchy outdoors claim to give you a +2 capacity without adding an extension. Which is appealing if true. If no one has experience with them I may need to give them a try

Haven’t run them much but for several hundred rounds, no feeding issues and capacity is +2.

They do function well, but the loading process leaves a lot to be desired; even with the larger 3D printed tool.

True...I guess I just got use to them...I have since sold my Vudoos and have converted over to RimX.

I had to remove load assist to get more than 10 rds in and yes it holds 16 total. I load them one at a time without an any load assist and haven’t had any issues. You can get a HoZ and Shield load assist if you want one.

Yes I have the Vudoo poly 10rd put the DOPE precision followers on and the HoZ plus 6 extension runs great I haven’t had any issues running them in my MPA BA Comp chassis

Update on this, I ordered the anarchy outdoors mag follower and it runs great. It does allow for 12 rounds with no extension in the bottom. Good little upgrade to the mags. Only caveat is that you loose the thumb tab for loading the mag but I haven’t needed them so it’s a non issue for me. May affect others though
