I remember few years back the old amputee in the electric cart in LOWES , someone told the police he had a knife so they shot him 8-9 times in the back inside the stores entry way . And he did have a knife but wasn’t using got to attach anyone it was in the basket of the cart . And they went away for murder .

After the initial WTF of watching that execution I thought about how it would go down even with a legged victim- follow someone down the side walk and laugh while you and your honor trade shots until you’ve hit him 11 times in the back under what circumstances would that be okay?

The details on that are sketchy, some reports are that the police were responding to a reported stabbing, the perp was reported to be in a wheelchair. They surmised he was the suspect. You can plainly see the knife in his hands.
There was no cause to shoot him. It appears in the video that one officer attempted to Tase him, it was unsuccesful, instead of reloading the taser and trying again, it appears he discarded it and drew his sidearm.
An argument COULD be made, he was a danger to the public at large, but he was certainly no danger to the officers.

Those boys are going to prison, deservedly so, if they don't, it is another stain on the justice system.
Again, not defending the officers, but this is a case of, if he had complied, he would be alive.

Yep stumpy had a knife - the knife didn’t make an appearance until they decided to tip him out of his wheel chair - true sociopathic totality thug/bully behavior. Then his weapon fell on the ground - and he picked it up like any wounded cornered animal would do- and then he FLED as fast as stumps would take him. Probably less than a mile an hour .
And their only response was to mag dump in the back while laughing.

Just like those ghetto thugs that beat up the severely retarded boy last summer they were filming and laughing and taunting . Same exact behavior but instead of teens it was grown ass men in positions of high trust and power .
