I've never been very successful making these. But this time I did a pretty good job. That separation held very tight. It was delicious. Not sure why Tank looks so sad, but I had to get his ass in the background as he fit the subject title so well.

Now do any of you heathens enjoy a good black and tan?

I’m outside building my kids new play structure with him late into the night here. But you’re kinda right, that sad sack turned himself into a mostly outside dog. Show me you don’t want nice things, guess what…you don’t get nice things. Fucker. He’s a good boy for the most part, but he likes to play the role of willfully ignorant. It's Harp's. I went to Costco the other day and they had a mixed box of Guiness, Harp's, and some Scottish Red I can't remember the name of.

I bent an old spoon and used it as a deflector. I just poured it faster than I had ever tried before. Speed was the key.
