Left of center but not left leaning or left looney, it's like an average overall. A lot of their content is fairly moderate.
None of them tell the absolute truth 100% of the time so the facts they get wrong will be skewed in one direction or the other. Even Fox which is right rabid publishes quite a bit of moderate content and will occasionally publish something with a far left tone to it. Breitbart is an example of an outlet that is biased so far to the right hardly anything they publish has even a moderate tone and half of it is just fantasy passed off as "news".
The more right of center a person's views are the more left The Hill will appear to be. When measuring bias it's important to attempt to take one's own bias into account.

i can see why they are using mostly unmarked vans for this now, since the population is wary and on the look out (if they are smart).

The US had its share of controversy during periods of the draft for decades along with Project 100K the moron corps a national disgrace .
My mother being a teenager during ww2 once told me in the 1960's ".....and don't bring home any japanese women......" . She also confided to me in the 90's that she would have taken me to canada if i got drafted for vietnam , my first wife was gonna pack my bags for vietnam.......gadda love moms she would not sign my enlistment papers either at 17 .
