They went full retard- like total complete full retard - by thinking that we are all full retards .

According to these expert - gang tattoos on face neck hands and chest or tattoos of crimes or rank in a gang - is not an indicator of gang affiliation or activity.

So having the double crowns with a star or MS-13 tattooed on the face turns out that does not mean the person with the ink has committed murder to be admitted to the gang or committed murder to handle the gangs “business “. I feel so dumb I wrongly assumed gang tats on face made one part of the gang whose symbols are represented.
Guess according to the “experts “ it’s just a fucking fashion statement. Who knew ?

I suppose I can declare myself an expert at whatever I choose, and as long as I can somehow manage to market myself successfully as such, then I can be declared an expert in that field.
