Tribal entities only understand displays of dominance and strength.
1. Wait until the mosque becomes a hotbed of suspected extremist activity and falls under judicial scrutiny.
2. A good prosecuting team will mean court ordered cessation of mosque's activities, mandatory closing, and seizure of property.
3. Grant or sell entire property to local/state historical association.
4. Make that community watch as the minarets are removed, the building is relabeled the "CSS ALBEMARLE MEMORIAL AND CIVIL WAR MUSEUM", a Confederate and USA flag is flown over it, and a life sized replica of the Confederate ironclad ram is constructed in the yard in front of it. One already exists for the CSS Neuse, and the Albemarle and Alabama could use their own individual museums and heritage sites.
As for potential "all Muslim towns" in Texas, there is to be none. A saloon and a cowboy themed general store will be built right at their outskirts, along with chuck wagon style eateries, fuel and feed depots, etc. Local cattle drives will be periodically run right down the main street. The saloon, stores, and eateries will be catering to the employees of the livestock companies. Nobody is being made to go to that saloon, but it is going to stay right there. Cowboys will be riding down the main street all the time. They ain't going to be bothering you but you better get used to it, or move. Nobody's religious beliefs will be infringed upon, unless a woman or child from your community runs to us and tells us that somebody is threatening them with violence, and that means we go back in there with an armed posse and somebody is going to get fucked up and 'drug through the sagebrush'. The bottom line is demonstrating WHO IS THE BOSS, WHO IS IN CHARGE, AND WHO LISTENS TO WHO, and who is also a protector if you play by the rules. Separate the meek among them from the smaller group of warmongers by having the meek and moderates see us as allies and guardians. That way the aggressive ones will never have any leverage or influence. This is our land and country after all. Period. End of story.
