I found a whole bunch of 7mm 197 smk bullets that's why I was thinking about it but decided just to sell them and buy more 245s.

My buddy was shooting those 197's he shot the AB mobile lab, BC variation was atrocious due to the tips getting mangled in the magazine.

I shot them a lot back in the day no competition just fun and had really good luck with them but I pretty much shoot berger 245 lrht 30 cal

I shot 190 atips the first year I went across their lab. The bc variation was really good on them. I was using a 7-300wm @ 3050 fps. That gun shot really good and would hang right with my 300nm shooting 245s till about 2000 yards.
