Movie Theater The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

To this point, the one thing I would like to see addressed, is why the zombies don't seem to decay into nothing. You would think that after a certain amount of time, there would be no zombies left, except for those that have died recently.

I know it a tv show, but at lest they could come up with an explanation.

I've notice that some of the fresher looking zombies seem to move with a little more speed and agility, is it just me or has anyone else noticed that...? It makes sense I supose, if you just turned you are much more limber and have a lot more muscle tissue than some of the other half eaten half decaying zombies.

And it doesn't kick (zero recoil) at all.

Well we need to know what the rate of decay is here. Is it like a normal corpse? Of course these don't have scavengers and everything else eating them up like a dumped body would. Also, both seasons only cover a span of what maybe 6-8 months? They're talking about winter coming, it's not even here yet. Also, like mentioned above, if they were recent converts they'd still be nice and 'fresh'.

Since, they're attracted to sound, I believe I'd be doing my damnedest to find something with a frigging suppressor on it.

It all sounds a bit corny to me. I could appreciate the sword as a weapon but the BDSM chained up look distraction theory of the zombies is a little far fetched.

She should just play like a zombie in "Shaun of the Dead"....LMAO

It's a good idea in terms of the plot but from what we've seen in the past these walkers will keep coming at you no matter what you do to them so I don't see how a lack of jaws/arms would make them docile all of a sudden like the two we saw in the show who were just standing there. Yeah, that's totally over-analyzing it.

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

To put this in perspective....freaking zombies are little far fetched to begin with.

It's a damn TV show that's a WHOLE lot more entertaining than Dancing with the Stars....so big fucking whoop what they do with the plots, or the props, or the characters.

Waiting patiently, here, for the next season.......

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

Atleast the little turd hasn't tried to adopt one as a pet. You have to be a grown up and rock a Katana sword, wear a cape and creep silently through the forest with two zombie boyfriends in tow before you can be cool enough to have zombie pets.

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

all they needed for this to be perfect was the mom in the background looking stupid and saying "he was here just a minute ago...i dont know where he could have gone"

Technically that's your fault. Why would you come in here? You know people are gonna be talking about the last episodes.

The whole idea that people are spoiling things by talking about a recently aired show in a thread dedicated to the show sounds remarkably selfish to me.

Yeah, if I mentioned something I know about an upcoming show it's a spoiler. But people discussing the most recently aired show?

C'mon, MAN!

On another note...

Shane was getting more and more aggressive as season 2 went on, and in his last episode he was grunting and breathing like the zeds. I noticed Rick sounding a bit unhinged and breathing weird in the final S2 episode.

Now that we know that everyone is a carrier, do you think that the (virus, whatever) affects the brain even before you die and turn?

I was wondering that myself. Maybe the virus makes your become psychopath or sociopath. If so, how do you treat that, other than a bullet in the head.... I know, don't over think it.

I was sort of wondering if that was the case too. A lot like the "rage" virus in the '28 Days' movie.

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

yup...i was thinking the same thing...shane was definitely becoming unhinged this pas season..more so than expected even though rick kept making pussy-whipped decisions. several times they had him smacking himself in the head.

Rick definitely showed some cracks in the facade on that last episode. I bet the virus does start working on you even before you die.

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

I'm just glad theyre off the friggin' farm.

Was starting to get tired of their "Utopia".
Too bad about Shane, but he was too unhinged to ever trust again.

Now if Carl and Lori would just get eaten. life would be less whiney. Not completely, but less whiney.

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

Lori needs to become a Zombie.

I dont know what types of women you all married, but that women wouldnt make it 20 minutes running my house.

Dead or not, you do not sleep with my best friend.

Then proceed to give ME tons of crap about decisions I'm making to keep your slutty mcslutenstein butt alive.

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

Please tell me there isn’t going to be a serious injury in every episode... Watching the season now on dvd and just finished #5 and getting tired of someone being shot, stabbed, cut or lost in each episode. It’s a little over dramatic.

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2 part 2

Yeah...what did happen to Merle? Thought for sure he would reappear. I hope that the producers dont ruin the show with some far fetched crap like zombie gangs or something. For those of you who are going to comment...NO, it isnt far fetched yet!! Zombies do exist or Hornady wouldnt be making bullets specifically designed to kill them!! haha
