Looking for some 147 or heavier hollow point bullets to load up some subs to use in my G34 with the Octane-9. I've looked very closely at 147 xtp's and I've found a few places with very reasonable prices...but these are going to be for 50/50 practice and hunting...so the proven expansion of the xtp is not a "must have, but a hollow point of some kind would surely be a hunting bennifit.

I'd like to stay under $125 for 1000 if possible.
I've entertained solid flat points, but they don't feed very well and I've had more than a few ftf issues with flat tips in factory subs.

Any idea where to find such an item?

Thanks guys, but I ended up going with ...

Rainier Ballistics .355 147 gr Plated Hollow Point Bullets. Two boxes...500/Box for $55.49/each (since the 1000ct box was sold out and only like $1 cheaper)

Pretty hard to beat. Should be here Tuesday.

This is a great place to buy good, low cost bullets. I just wish they would do 5.56 FMJ's for plinking.

I've used thousands of bullets from Montana Gold Bullets. I love them, and they are priced right for jacked bullets. Especially if you buy by the case. Unfortunately, for a hp you would have to go down to 124gr. I've loaded these for a friend using 3.6gr Bullseye, for subs.
