Mine is the black Challenger. The Cobra is a replica but a very accurate one at that. Once the weather gets warmer the place should draw a nice crowd.

Cool cars. I have some toys also. 2005 GT as my daily driver. runs high 12's with drag radials and low 13's on NT555 street tires.. Also have a 1970 Mustang with a built 408 windsor

Re: Local car hangout pics

I just don't get standing around in parking lots looking at cars. They're only interesting when you're driving them and even then only for a few minutes.

I get that part. Traded my 02 M3 along with the Tundra last summer for a new F-150 and don't miss it at all. Even track days got boring eventually.

Its not a show guys meet up and cruise from there. It goes from 7-0930. its great to see what others to to their rides. Id rather drive myself. That Cobra was awesome I love how he sanded the rally stripes into the body.

Re: Local car hangout pics

Very nice cars...

I had a wild hair and traded my Jeep for a 2011 Charger RT, Its a very nice car but the running joke with my wife is its all business in the front and remnants of a fun night sitting in the back.

I do find it odd comparably equipped Challengers cost more than the Charger I got. There isn't a single option offered in 2011 it doesn't have. Shoulda waited till 2012 and got the SRT though.

I still have my eyes out for a 68/69 Camaro. I had a 68 my parents got for me when I got out of Basic. Traded it for a 4x4 truck a year or two later. Seemed like a good trade at the time.... Something about Old Muscle that is cool. I didn't understand it when I was young but now that Im 30 it makes more sense I guess. For you old fucks that had the chance to own one in production when you were young, I consider you lucky as hell. By today's standards its like comparing a caveman to a 2000 era yuppie but you get the point.

Re: Local car hangout pics

I have to say I don't like the whole show with no go. My 2011 Challenger has a rolling pass code and they are having trouble breaking into it. Once they do I will be replacing the engine with a 426 Aluminum block engine that puts 650 HP to the crank shaft. At the same time I will be replacing the trans and the rear. I already have a one piece drive shaft, so I will be keeping that. They can take their time on cracking that code I need time to save up

It's just a little ole paxton supercharger. I a little over 500 hp to the wheels, it needs a built engine to handle the boost the supercharger is capable of.

Would be a good run for my 70.. Love the wheels. I opted for the cheaper summit brand rims LOL. Still light as heck but for $130 for the rear and $90 for the front it is hard to argue... You still running stock suspention or no? Nice color BTW, Not many white GT's

Here is my summertime daily-driver:

The car is pretty much stock - just a cold-air intake, lower-temp thermostat, and Diablo Trinity tuner. Oh - and a Recaro seat for my son. My apologies for the crappy picture (and the dirty tire sidewalls), but it's all I have on this PC.

Here is the wintertime daily-driver and heavy hauler:

You wouldn't know by looking at it, but it's good for north of 550 HP and 1200 lb-ft to the wheels... for however long the head gaskets hold up

BMR makes nice stuff - I use their rear control arms on my '96 Impala SS.

Love your car, BTW!

Thanks, I'm very happy with the quality and fit of their parts.
