New AR-15 Precision Sniper Rifle Build

Re: New AR-15 Precision Sniper Rifle Build

That is really slick! What's the weight as it's seen in the photos?

I have the Ergo grip on mine as well but I've been curious about that Sierra grip as seen in the bottom photo. I'd like to get some feedback from anyone who's tried one out to see if it feels better than the Ergo.

The Varminter is a great shooting and accurate rifle. I have one myself, but only with the Hogue grip, and a 6-20 Burris scope (this is my pdog and range rifle).

Have to say, I know there is a lot of bashing that goes on against Bushmaster, but after owning 2 rifles wearing their barrels, I can't complain. Both are shooters!

Hmm looks almost exactly what i was planning. But OH YEAH...those (#*&$#(*@&$(*#@&( at midway decided to put
the upper on sale, then take backorders, then cancel the
backorder after 4 months and not say a word. Guess I need to
find something else to put on top of these parts i have.

I've never tried 77's in mine. I always figured the 1:9 twist wouldn't stabilize the heavier bullets.
