Hey Guys. Trying to help my dad out with this. He is interested in selling his 300 Win Mag to pursue buying another caliber. I am not real familiar with 300 Win Mag so I wanted to get some help from you.

It is a Savage 110 with original factory wood stock. Original owner. Very good shape and not shot a whole lot maybe 50-60 rounds. What do you think he may be able to get out of it?

Thanks,

Some info on an easy way to find out a fair price. Act like you are looking to get one yourself right now. Look at new prices and go on gunbroker and look at what past similar models have sold for. Check previous sales not what is going on now as current sales are a bad representation of prices. Then base your price off of how patient you are to sell it. If you are ok with setting a slightly higher price and waiting for a slightly uninformed buyer then do that. Otherwise go about 5-10% lower than what you see others going for and it should sell pretty quick.
