I'm looking at Alliants reloading center online and it shows for a 4.4 " barrel with 200gr swc at 5.4 gr of powder.It doesn't show a min or max charge weight.http://www.alliantpowder.com/reloaders/recipedetail.aspx?gtypeid=1&weight=200&shellid=35&bulletid=62 So where should I start at?

I’ve always wondered why they listed their loads from a 4.4 inch barrel, maybe it has something to do with modern full-size polymer pistols having barrels around that length but I’m not really sure. In the end their barrel length does not matter, the loads listed are their recommended max load; subtract about 10% for a starting load.
