Closest thing is Sam Adams East West, which is better than all 4 on your ranking.

Michigan was pretty well represented. I enjoy a Bell's Oberon on a hot summer's day. It's a wheat beer with citrus notes. Kunnuns (sp) did some serious winning at this contest. That joint is about 15 mins. from me. A dude could get into real trouble in that place.
