I suggest you talk to Mr. Pierce himself. I had a similar conversation with him and he was helpful. I dont want to summarize that here since mynconversation was about a slightly different application. He is very good to talk to and he is a straight shooter. Give him a call.

I would think on a tactical rifle with a heavy barrel the titanium action would not mess with the balance much since the rifle will be muzzle heavy anyway
Titanium Remington action might be a cheaper option if on a budget or an ABS carbon barrel
