Rifle Scopes Burris Prism Sights... Whats the Verdict?

Doesn't look like these have been discussed much or received attention anywhere. I haven't seen any of these in person, am curious how they stack up to the Mtac 30, particularly the ar 536. I like the design but wish they offered something other than their bdc reticle. Are these based off the same idea as Leups prismatic?

Any of you own or looked through one of these in person?
Thoughts? Were they a flop?

I have the 336 on one of my AR's, it's a good unit for the money, I like the fact that if the battery dies it's still usable, just Black instead of Green or Red. Very well made, no complaints so far, shot out to 100 Yards with it.
