The GAP 223 I run is a 16.25" barrel in a Manners TF1. It is a pretty sweet setup with the EFR and AAC suppressor.

VJJ, are those velocities you listed in the first post with or without a can? My next build is going to be a shorty 308, but I didn't want to go shorter that 18.5". Your build gives me inspiration to go 16.5"...

I re-read your first post and saw the can was pending for now.... Those are very impressive velocities for a 308 with a 16.5" barrel! I'm going to start the search for the needed components for a similar build. Thanks for the inspiration!

Velocities were without can, the can in the pic is actually a 223 can I put on for an idea of what it'll look like. I like to report that the 30 cal can was approved sept 9th and just waitin on stamp to show up at gap

picked up the ops inc 12th model 30 cal can yesterday, jus sayin
