JD Machine?

I know JDM did some business here on a group buy of lowers and uppers last year (or so).

Any other feedback?

I unfortunately had to cancel an order (first business day after the online order was placed) with them in November and am having a devil of a time getting the refund. Nice folks but the follow through on what they said was happening, card credit-nope, check cut=nope, call me backs - not, was non-existent. Had to finally go to the bank.

They're good people and get A LOT of business, but they don't have a lot of people so to me its understandable that they won't be so good in the customer service department. I go to their shop every now and then and they have some amazing stuff, their products are gtg.

A Mans word is all he has. So to me if what you say is true. It doesn't matter how good the product is. I have yet to meet a good dishonest person. A man that can't keep his word is not a good man.

That is unfortunate for sure, but I've dealt with them on all of my AR's and can say for sure all are super guys. I'm not making excuses for them really, just sharing with you my experiance to at least give you some hope they will take care of you. They should get back with you though, that bugs me they let it get to this. Good luck man.

i bought a hide group buy 308 set and had to return it due to poor fit. took a bit but i got my $$ refunded after a few calls. maybe big joe can help out, i think he knows people there
