Been trying to get the status of an order. My emails come back as undeliverable and I get nothing but a busy signal trying to call.

I just e-mailed with Kody last week without issue, as well as the general "info" e-mail...again, no problems. As for the busy signal when calling...can't help you there as I've not tried to call. I think its probably just you!

Emails still getting returned (not sure how im screwing that up). I did get a human finally. I am told there is a two week backlog on exchanges (received the wrong reticle). Nuts...

They are CRAZY busy. I don't typically use them as I am in the same great state of TX and I have to pay sales tax. I did buy some rings and a Burris PEPR because even after sales tax AND shipping, they were still cheaper than MidwayUSA and they were in stock.
It took a week for the order to get out, but I can imagine (same as all of the vendors out there) that lead times are getting longer, not shorter.

They took care of me. I ordered a scope,it was backordered so I called 3 days later and changed it to something else. The fellow I talked to was nice as could be and got my new scope out the next day.

Recently had to send a SS 10x42HD in for service. Called SWFA and they told me to send it to Bushnell, which I did. Bushnell has a 4-6 week lag for any sort of response at all. I'm not real happy waiting, and I hope their service is worth the wait.

My 12x MRAD came 4 days after my order was placed. Only the rings I ordered were backordered... but they were shipped within3 days of me receiving the scope. I was extremely happy with the process and would happily recommend SWFA

I ordered a sunshade for a scope about two weeks ago, on a Sunday, and it was delivered the next Friday.

i actually had a problem with an order about a week or two ago. i accidentally ordered a 6x42 instead of a 10x42. i shot them an email a few minutes after ordering and the got back to me and changed the order the next morning. i did try calling but i got busy signals too.

I ordered the 3-9x42 tactical rifle scope with AD-Recon mount ordered it last friday and shipped in today, so 7 business days. For what i know they are good, also re submitted my order with butler caps and they got it right... Now just ready to try it out
