F T/R Competition any fclass in Wyoming?

Re: any fclass in Wyoming?

Info is scarce isn't it. I think the closest to you may be New Mexico. I've never heard of F-class in WY. But don't count on me for info. Missoula MT, also.
I know Buffalo has a 300 & 600 yard benchrest shoot. Not sure how organized it is, but heard it is fun.

Re: any fclass in Wyoming?

I found some info on some flass stuff in lander or riverton sounds like they do quite a few shoots. Also laramie has a few shoots it sounds like. I need to do some more research. Ill let you guys know if I find anymore. Thanks for the info so far guys, keep it coming

An older dude named Bill, goes over during the summer, he calls it the west range, I think. I'll find out.

Hey guys, Sendero man was right, there surely is no 600 yard range in Buffalo, not sure about 300. I talked to Billy, he said every other weedend they have 100&200 varmint and hunter class benchrest shoots. He didn't know the name of the club? So not sure if it's sanctioned. He did say it was fun.

So huntingfool, before you pack your bags for a weekend of shooting in lovely Buffalo, look into it further!

From what I can find. The only long range shoots in wyoming are in cody, laraime, and lander. Gillette has a tactical shoot on the bliss ranch in july it looks like. But so far thats all I can find. I have an email sent to one of the officers for the wyoming state shooting association but still waiting on a reply

Join the Wyoming State Shooting Assn. They send out a news letter listing up coming shoots. They have high power and long range (1000 matches). Lander has some also, check the Lander Vally Shooting Assn. Cody and Worland also have matches.

Most of the 1000 yard matchs have classes that include High Powr and F-Class.

Most matches are listed in the WSSA newsleter.

Here is their web site http://wyossa.com/
