Can anyone identify this chassis?

It appears on the Spurh webshop, and seems at first glance to be similar to the EXO 700. However, it differs in several ways, most obviously with its tubular forend. Any advice you guys can offer would be gratefully received.

I don't believe that is the XLR. There is another company that started making a copy of the XLR with a few minor changes. I can't remember their name, but they are a sponsor here.
 
Thanks for your help guys - having done a quick Google search I can see that it is indeed the new XLR Carbon chassis. I wasn't aware if it's existence as it doesn't yet appear to be up on the XLR website. Cheers.
