My gun choices are .308 with Mcree 20" Remy 700 shooting 178 AMAX, or FN 300wsm with HTG shooting 178 AMAX, or 3 weeks before comp my .243 Remy 28" barell 7.5 twist shooting 115 DTACs may be done. Considering the circumstances and what type of match this is what would be the best gun to take out of the the three. Any input would be appreciated.

The .243, just as soon as you get it bust your ass to find a good load and get as much practice as possible
agree with the above. my 243 should be done here shortly and I am gonna have to bust ass to get dope and load.
Prepare whichever 30 cal rifle you enjoy shooting more---hope for the 243 to be completed but expect that life will get in the way of completing your competition prep---load dev, confirming dope and loading ammo is a tall order in 3 weeks if you're limited to weekends.
Since I'm shooting in the same match, I say whichever one that shoots the worst!!! Just kidding. The .243 sounds mighty inviting.
probably dont have to worry to much. really wish i could get barrel done quicker. i ordered from pac nor about 4 weeks ago.have you shot the match bedore?
I couldnt stand it, I ordered another barell in stock from midway. It is a Shilen 28" 1/8 twist for 6mm. Now my gun smith can go to work and I can run the .243. Hope it shoots 115 dtacs. Anyone had any experience with this setup.
