Well the title says it all. If anyone can chime in with how they quit, that would be great
Thanks

I have quit several times. Once for a year then picked it back up and quit after 6 months for a few years and now I may have a pinch every 5-6 months. I suppose I am lucky because I don't have an addictive personality. I have watch some good friends really struggle with it. I have used my focus on physical fitness and strength as a motivator. Go for a 5 mile run for time with out a chew then try it with one, or hit the gym and max on one of the big 3 (squat, dead lift, or bench) with out a chew and try it with. I notice a big difference in strength and endurance, I read one time that you can lose up to 30% of your strength with a chew in...
Oh sugarless gum may help too.
Gosh I think I'd puke if I worked out with a dip in. Lol unless that's the point. But thanks for the info. Hopefully I can kick the habit

Ok that says it all. I need to save that pic as my background. Maybe then I will have a reminder on why I should quit

Pick a bottom of the barrel brand and from that brand select a flavor in which you despise.
