Hey Guys and Gals,

We are unveiling our new AR500 66% IPSC double flapper target system. You will love this target. It truly has a ton of offer at this price point. You can find them during our group buy which is most of the month of July.



We wanted to develop a Double flapper that had a head and chest flapper. We also wanted to make this target system rock solid and bombproof.

This target is rated for about anything. .22LR, handguns, rifles, etc.

---Here are the target specs---

66% IPSC target is premium 3/8" AR500.

The 2 flappers are Premium 1/2" AR500. 7 inch Chest Flapper and 2 inch head flapper

Permanently Attached Heavy duty T POST bracket



This is an awesome target because it is so simple. Essentially you will need a medium duty T POST. Drive it in the ground with a slight (3-4") lean forward toward the shooter. Slide the entire Target System over the T POST and bang away. No Bolts, No instructions, etc.



We have seen in the past, Double flappers like this go for way too much money, so we decided to create one that was cost effective, and offered a lifetime of use.

Here on Jubilee Youth Ranch, our students were able to make these targets from start to finish. All the cutting, welding, finishing, sanding, painting, and so on was done by a student on the ranch. And our proceeds go back to the youth ranch, helping the students with other programs, trades, skills, housing, food, etc.

Very close to 17"x12" on the body only. The head is another 5" tall roughly.

Yeah we have a 66% hostage with one flapper if that's what your asking about. They are pretty awesome as well!

Anyone ever tried these at distance with a 308? How far out can a 308 still just barely flip them? Can you still flip em at 800? have to come in to 600?

I think I need one.

What calibers will move the plates? From the video, it looks like 9mm will move the head but not the chest flappers. What about .45acp and .223?

Here are my experiments.
22lr and up will flip the head flapper.


9mm, moves the chest 4" but not all the way.
45acp. If hit right, moves all the way up and stops up top.
44mag, pretty much every shot moves to the top.
.223, moves to the top
308, moves to the top. Farthest I shot it was 500 and it performed great.
I also shot my 338 edge at 350 yards and again, worked great.

BUT, it also depends on how far you angle the target system toward the shooter. If angled only a couple inches, the smaller calibers do better.

I can't tell from the picture of the back of the target, but will it mount on a 2x2 (actually 1.75" x 1.75") steel square rod?

Is there any way that the rebar target mount kits could be included in the group buy? I'm not even fully sure how to place an order for them on the web site and being able to get a few of those might push me over into placing an order and throwing in some targets as well.
