Good afternoon y'all. I'm glad to find a resource like this, I've been shooting for years, and really got serious about marksmanship when I became a Marine. I enjoyed shooting out to 500 yds, and really got serious while I was in. Now that I'm out, I've picked up a Federal Ordinance M14 that I am slowly building to be accurate out to 1000 yds. I'm also a 2nd Generation blacksmith and knifemaker, as well as doing a lot of draft horse farming and logging. Anyways, glad to be here, and I hope to learn alot while I'm here.

I'm right down the road in Clarksville and cruise up to Townsend pretty regular. Seems like there are quite a few TN folks on here in about a 2-3 hours window of each other. We need to see about getting a TN meet and greet shoot together when the weather starts getting a little more consistent.
I'm a Welder/metalworker/machinist for the US Army. Wouldn't mind swinging by and checking out your blacksmith operation next time I'm out that way. Might even have to do some shooting lol.

Welcome and Thank you for your service. I'm up in the Greeneville Area but work right off of Cedar Bluff. Do you have a place to shoot currently? I'm a member of Tac2 in Greeneville a few miles off of 81N, decent range quiet most of the time and has a 200yd and 600yd rifle range and 5 pistol bays so if you ever wanted to check it out let me know. I haven't pulled the trigger on membership at ORSA yet but I think I might this year. Heard a ton of good things about it.
