That is an awesome piece of equipment! Which vendor did you use? Also, what model of APO tripod? I've got the S model and was thinking about changing to the SEL or QEL for the added elevation knob. Any opinions on that?

I bought it from the importer here in Italy, my tripod I think is an older model, I don't remember the serial number this is what I'm looking for next buy

how about a vector 23? haha

did you get the vector brand new? i have handled one and the little extra mag and bino is nice, but the weight and size is a drawback to me. have you considered the add on magnifier to bring it to 10x?

the Vector 23 is out of budget.... eh eh

the magnifier 10x is a good item but a little bulky..





I'm doing some check regarding my Steiner 10 x... probably I can do 2 things with the Vector, area observation and laser measures,

I think you posted the wrong picture. That or you have very unique reticle in your vectors.

Learn something new everyday. What is the spacing on the subtensions? Do you miss the big 10 mil marks? I always really liked those since I shoot with a guy a lot who ran a PLRF10C and we could easily work together to locate targets by calling 55 mils left of the windmill for example.

1 mil spacing. Never used the big 10 mil, so I don't know.

my reticle is great for judging width of elk and deer and lengths of bears.
