I have shot distance, but I have not shot distance with the Ms3 still attached to get a more accurate MV while shooting. I get a 0.5 mil (1.8") shift low at 100 yards with it attached. Can I expect the POI at distance to still be 1.8"s low or will it grow like group size? Yes dumb question, but want to know what to expect before I go shoot it. Thanks.

A 0.5 mil shift is worth 0.5 mils of shift. The measurement is angular, not absolute. 0.5 mils @ 1000 yds is 18 in., not 1.8. It is wise to remove the linear distance from the thought process and focus only on the angular.

My 26" med Palma is exactly .3 mils low at 100. It's a straight down shift as well.

This works well because the 4.5X27 gen II razor allows .5 mills past zero stop.

Mine is a 6.5 creed by the way and that's with a V3 magneetospeed.

All I do is turn down .3 mills and then dial up like normal to whatever range I'm at.

1.2 mils up is my zero for 300 yards without MS on. So with it attached I dial down .3 mills for 100 zero and the to .9 up for 300 yards.

Thats why i was asking if the POI would still be 0.5 mil or would it only be 1.8". Thanks for your reply. It makes sense.
