According to the commies at NPR, they are turned away at normal points of entry, but if they cross the border at other locations, they are taken into custody, processed and released. About a year later they will have a court date where they'll have to show evidence that their lives will be in danger if they were to be returned to Haiti. Canada ended its program allowing Haitians to stay a few years ago.

Amen, Haleluyia and Awesome. This is what I've been saying around here, (my locale) for quite some time. Not only that, but not only should he/she pay that 10.8 million out of his/her pocket (ya'll know what I'm referring to) but he/she should ALSO pay for each and every one of these illegal invader's too. Out of his/her own pocket.
