A few decades back when I was stationed at Ramstein our dorm pop machine had a beer option. Pop for .50 and beer was .75!
I remember those days. Dependent kids would bring their money and empty the machines

Ramstein has a great indoor rock climbing gym..... not sure about beer in the vending machines.... but the locals still find a way onto base to loot the US Prices and then resell beer and other stuff in their stores....
