Tell someone to call the police because you're being attacked. With someone listening, tell the kid that if persists, you will defend yourself. Pushing him down was probably the best thing to do. Hitting him with a fist could have brought assault charges in today's world.
I can't see the video, but that is not a new thing about assault charges. When I was in high school senior year, there was this kid who had some kind of fight going on with another punk. The first kid was 18, so the punk kid recruited a 15 year old who was bigger than the 18 year old to beat him up at school. It was probably one off the most pathetic things I witnessed, because the 18 year old just stood there while this fucking puke 15 year old teed off on him, and even broke his nose. Apparently, the 18 year old was warned by the cops prior to the beating that if he even put his hands up, he would be arrested and charged with a felony. Nice country we live in

Little porker needs to get on a treadmill to get in shape or work on farms like I did at his age. I have to admit as I was hopping around the video just to see the actual action, I stopped on the part at the end where he walks away and yells "fuck you too". I laughed a bit, but was a little disappointed. When I was his age I would have also called the woman a cunt. 
That kid has some serious behavioral issues. Thought the adult handled himself well and thankfully it was being recorded if ever charges were brought against him.
I'm not a lawyer, but I am not certain this video helps the guy at all. As a matter of fact, it could be used as evidence against him. Reason being, that the court could view this as evidence of assault on a minor. I really hope that's not the case, but I have seen a case where a guy I know simply defended himself from a crazy girlfriend who beat the shit out of him. Upon questioning, he said he defended himself, and they arrested him for assaulting a female.

Possible but highly unlikely. The kid physically and verbally attacked this individual and failed to disengage. He did not hit the brat and merely tried to create some space. If anything the little shot would be referred to juvenile authorities.

Never run into that, but there is a boy in my kid’s class with two dads. No matter what you think of that, the kid is very well behaved, and seems very well adjusted. His parents are pretty obviously gay, but he doesn’t seem the least bit effeminate. Just tellin’ it like it is...
That kid would have had me just about off my feet at least twice in that video. The passive-aggressive shit would have stopped as soon as he swung at my face. Disparity of force would have dictated a right cross across the chops then and there.

That kid is a school shooter in the making and today's society and laws support that kids behavior. I'm surprised so far that adult hasn't already been picked up by the police, sued by the family and given a 10-20 year sentence for assaulting and beating what would be seen by a jury as the next Nobel Peace Prize winner.
