Good point. Not sure why they ask anyway. Should be more like post office. Ask if it is hazardous and move one. Not like the government or any one else is opening and inspecting. Not like other countries where they will actually open them. Only box I have ever had inspected came from overseas.

You can insure the item, and the driver just signs for the package and you're done. All legal, no hassle, costs abut $8 for the service.
