looking for opinions from anyone that has experience with this rifle. Not much hands on reviews on the net. Have a buddy that wants to sell his $4200 with a nightforce nxs 5-22. opinions appreciated

I broke a bolt stop running mine hard. At the time I don't think the tac 338 had a supported bolt stop. I'm still not sure if they do now but its a nice feature to have on any gun where you might be running the weapon to the limit. Other than that it fed beautifully, and it cycled great.
How was the accuracy? I am trying to decide if I should just get a barrel for my mrad. Not sure how they compare
Accuracy was superb. The lugs had great contact from the get go. If I had an mrad though I would probably just get a 338 barrel and be done with it.
