Pedophilia in our ranks.

Those kid’s lives are forever changed....things are taken from them that can’t be made right.

Which is why i say, certain crimes, you are one and done. Forever. Rapists? They have to die. Tempting to say, put them in AJ’s catapult and launch them into mexico...but why take a chance on them surviving?

The problem with giving a rapist the death penalty is all rapes would turn into rape/murders.

Any reason why there wasn't a "self inflicted fragging accident" that could have taken place? I'm sure you weren't the only one to quietly know what was going on.

Yes, the r

I want to say the only reason he wasn't was because he wasn't allowed at ranges or near any weapons.

I disagree. Rape is not always child abuse. Rape I can understand in some cases...not justify, its always wrong, but like many other crimes I can understand it. You get drunk with her, she teases you too far, .....Ive been at the point of doing some stupid shit and only by grace was my hand stayed.

As someone posted above, pedophilia is different, its a deep disease which I cannot understand because I dont suffer it. As far as I can determine it its an incurable disease and the perps need to be vaccinated so they never do it again.

The only problem with capital punishment in these cases, is that some women lie as easily as breathe, really! We don't a modern version of Salem Witch Trials, where some lying bitch set people up for the fun of it.

the way you solve that, is prosecuting those who make false accusations. And no slaps on the wrist, either. I’m talking a punishment equal to what the accused is faced with.

Roger that. Makes sense.

Is he going to state, federal, or military prison?

I didn't see an answer, but considering the term and the fact it came from a court martial, it's likely to be "38 years AT HARD LABOR at Levenworth Federal Military Penitentiary in KS". Dishonorable discharge, rank E1, etc.

I understand it's not the same as civilian prison. And I think if they choose not to do the labor, they get less food, no privileges and have to stay locked up the whole time. But I could be wrong on that.

Federal prison terms don't have time off for good behaviour, etc., what you get is what you get.

He'd have fared better if he'd gotten the death penalty because the military hasn't executed anyone in forever and they get better treatment usually. There are people who have actually done way worse than this guy and got similar or even less time over it.

Too bad the platoon didn't find out before the girl got everyone involved. Accidents happen all the time in the motor pool, it'd have been a crying shame if a lift with a Stryker on it gave way...

He's going to the stockade. And yeah, it's a crying shame a truck didn't "accidentally" crush him to death. Bonus points for slow asfixiation.

As much as I would like to say capitol punishment for rape, like mentioned, some women are evil.

I was in a unit in Japan, and there was a crazy Lcpl bitch who cried rape on a CPL. Come to find out she lied, and nearly ruined this CPL down to nothing. Instead, she got busted down and I believe discharged? Was a while ago. Turns out when units came on base for training, she was a hoe who had trains ran on here.

As for the OP, shoot that fucker in the junk with a 1oz slug and leave him there. If he lives, he lives. If he dies, he dies. At least he won't have anything between his legs. Some don't deserve to live.

I worked in a Maximum Security Hospital as a guard in the Sexual Offender Treatment Program( SOTP). On my last day I had a census of 257 people. Each had a average of 7 violent predatory convictions, and all were deemed unfit for release.

It all starts out the same, Child porn, abuse, and quickly escalates.
These people where by far the most dangerous, manipulative, cunning criminals Ive seen. We had Teachers, engineers, accountants, 1 Lawyer( he was one of the worst), people from all different walks of life.

To have to sit in court while the prosecuting attorney goes on about his criminal history was one of the most difficult things we had to do. I herd cases with victims ranging from 4 to 77 years old, and know that being violently raped is not the worst thing that can happen to someone. There are many worst things.

The other side of my facility held 186 forensic patients. All were murders, ( average was 2)violent assault, ect. Never could let them mix. They would have killed every sexual predator they saw.
We had no problem dealing with the Forensic patients, but the SOTP people, scared the shit out of us.
I have walked through the valley of death, and fear no evil only because Ive already looked into the eyes of the Devil.

During my stint in the Sheriffs Department, I worked in the pedo pod a few times.

You are 100% correct. The maximum security pod felt better than the pedo pod. Cunning and all walks of life is 100% correct. Literal monsters in human skin.

At least the murderers were honest at what they’ve done.

Sometimes I think of going back, but then I remember the crap I didn’t like.

Sadly we don't have strykers, I'm assigned to the MP BN at Carson, however we do have ASVs.

Since it's all over his name is Jeremy Kear.

I truly wished I had been there to see his reaction at the trial. I forgot to add the kicker of all this, the ex wife/mother of these girls was diagnosed back in March with stage 4 cancer and only given 8-12 months to live. They are all back in TX now living with her parents currently. It's just a total shit show. Her parents have legal custody of the children now because of her medical issues. ???

''Bipartisan legislation introduced by Reps. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) and Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) aim to halt the use of Department of Defense (DoD) computer networks for downloading or distributing child porn.
The National Criminal Justice Training Center, one of the groups that has thrown its weight behind the bill, reported in 2018 that DOD's network was ranked 19th out of almost 3,000 nationwide networks on the amount of peer-to-peer child pornography sharing.''

Hundreds of government employees were implicated as part of ICE's 2006 "Operation Flicker" - which identified over 5,000 individuals who had used credit cards or PayPal to buy child porn, or subscribe to websites that offered the material. Of those, ICE identified 264 DoD employees or contractors who had purchased child pornography online.
Nine of them had "Top Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized Information" security clearances, while 76 of them held clearances of Secret or higher.

Here's the kicker: Of those 264 DoD suspects, just 52 were investigated by the Pentagon's Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS), meaning the Bush administration willfully ignored over 200 suspected pedophiles working for the Defense Department.''
