I'm looking for one of these that is not chinesium airsoft garbage. I already have nice rings so I don't want the ones that mount on top rings just one that clamps around the scope tube. Does anyone have a recommendation for a well made one? I'm having trouble finding one made by a reputable company.

I think Weaver might be your best bet, everything else I found is Alibaba quality.
Badger Ordinance makes Picatinny top straps for their 34mm rings. Not going to get much higher quality than that.

Is there a 34mm version available form Weaver? I was recently looking for this same thing and had pretty much concluded that I might be better off just designing and 3D printing one to suit my needs (just want to use it to mount a level in a position that I can see from behind the scope and have found that 1. the available pic rail positions on my action when using a single piece mount put the level either too close to my face or too far away and 2. that the level isn't really level so need to be able to rotate the thing that it attaches to).

No, only 30mm and 1".
Why not get a tube mounted scope level? Accuracy 1st, MK Machining, Vortex all make 34mm scope mounted bubble levels.

I have an MK - very well made but doesn't protrude far enough to be seen without breaking head position.
