Which MDT Chassis for Ruger American Ranch is 7.62x39

@MDT_Josh what is the correct chassis to order for the Ruger American in 7.62x39? I want to make sure that I order the correct setup. I did some research online and everything seems to bounce around between different models.

@Ikyo and @MDT_OFFICIAL yes, we do make a chassis that will work with the Ruger American barreled action in 7.62x39, and that is our LSS-XL Gen2 for the Ruger American SA AR. If you have an earlier version that is set up to run out of the Ruger Mini 30 magazines, you may run into some feeding issues, however, the current models feed just fine

Do I need to order an additional magazine for it or will it use the standard one just fine?

Depends on the magazine that you are currently using. If you're feeding from an AR-15 magazine right now, you will have no issues and can continue to use that same magazine, however, if you are feeding from a Ruger Mini 30 magazine, I would recommend that you get in contact with our support team here!

Okay, I haven’t purchased the rifle yet so I am guessing it will be the stock mini 30. I will contact support.
