Heard about these in Europe. Pretty cool concept, but it would really depend on the (untrained) responder listening to the prompts from AED, but then again they all do.
I have also seen they have mobile ECLS where they can cannulate in the field. Sounds exciting and infection prone!
Did a lot of that kind of cooking when my son was in Boy Scouts. I got pretty good at making peach cobbler in a Dutch oven.
