    Companies who go above and beyond to help their customers seem to be getting hard to find. So I wanted to share my experience with XLR.
    I called them earlier this week because I was interested in their new ultra light gen 3 element chassis.
    Kyle spent quite a while on the phone with me, going over numerous options and colors. After I decided what I wanted, I paid him and went on with my day.
    That evening I had a message and email from Kyle explaining that they had charged me for a less expensive chassis than the one I selected.
    Not only did he honor the price he quoted me, but my chassis was already shipped when I got home from work.

    When I need another chassis XLR will get my business.

    PS, if XLR would offer a chassis for Fierce rifles I could find a home for a few of them

    That is what you expect from a company with great customer service. I had almost the same experience with MDT. The LSS shipped exactly as they said it would although at the price for the stock I ordered.
     
    XLR is definitely a great company to work with. My point of contact for two purchases there was Matt Means, and he was able to hook me up with an XLR Envy heavy fill chassis just barely after it had been first teased last May or so in addition to a carbon chassis. There was some confusion when I ordered the first chassis (entirely on my end, not theirs) and he took care of it immediately for me when I called back the second time to finish my order with the 2nd chassis.
